Ad annum 1982 Rus apud Universitatem Technicam Claudiopolitanam mechanicae studebat. Deinde pro societate commercili et ab anno 1984 in Universitate Technica Claudiopolitana docuit.

Cursus honorum[recensere | fontem recensere]

Rus, qui ab anno 1994 sodalis factionis socialis democraticae PDSR fuit, anno 1995 praefectus circuli Claudiopolis electus est. Interea sodalis factionis PSD factus Rus a die 28 Decembris 2000 ad usque 11 Martii 2004 in consilio ministrorum Hadriani Năstase minister rerum internarum fuit. Anno 2004 candidatus magistri civium Claudiopolis victus est. Die 7 Maii 2012 a Victore Ponta praeside ministrorum iterum minister rerum internarum nominatus est, sed iam die 6 Augusti eiusdem anni se a magistratu abdicavit[1]. Die 27 Iunii 2014 minister vecturae in eodem consilio ministrorum Ponta factus est[2]. Die 20 Maii 2015 Sevil Shhaideh eius successor ministra progressus regionalis facta est.
