Arthurus Văitoianu

Arthurus (Dacoromanice: Artur) Văitoianu (natus die 14 Aprilis 1864 in oppido Ismajil/ Bessarabia), mortuus die 17 Iunii 1956 Bucarestae) vir publicus et miles Dacoromanicus erat.

Munus[recensere | fontem recensere]

Văitoianu post scholam finitam academiam militarem frequentabat atque anno 1913 Bello Balcanico Secundo interfuit et - tum legatus militum - annis 1916 - 1918 Bello Orbis Terrarum I.

Vir publicus[recensere | fontem recensere]

Anno 1918 Văitoianu, qui sodalis Factionis Liberalis Nationalis erat, administer rerum interarum atque belli in consilio ministrorum Ioannis Brătianu nominatus est. Hic cum die 26 Septembris 1919 se magistratu recessit, quod alligati regiones, quas Romania ab Hungaria postulaverat, non dare volebant, Văitoianu postero die ipse praeses ministrorum nominatus est. Tum milites Romaniae ad urbem Budapestum processerant. Quod alligati postulaverunt, ut Dacoromanici se ex Hungaria recederent, Văitoianu die 30 Novembris ipse se a magistratu abdicavit. Anno 1920/21 iterum dux militum fuit. Anno 1922/22 administer rerum internarum et annis 1923 - 1926 administer communicationis fuit. Ab anno 1925 senator Regni Romaniae erat.

Ultimi anni[recensere | fontem recensere]

Văitoianu anno 1947 a communistis incarceratus, sed postea liberatus est. Anno 1955 in Bucarestae mortuus est.
