Theodosius Flavius Secundus (natus Constantinopolis 10 Aprilis 401 mortuus 28 Iulii 450) fuit Imperator Imperii Constantinopolitani.

Aeliam Eudoxiam in matrimonium duxit, sed a sorore eius dominatus est. Licinia Eudoxia filia eius Imperatori Occidentali Valentiniano III nupsit sic paucos annos duae partes Imperii reiuncti sunt.

Universitatem Constantinopolis condidit et mandatores designavit qui codificationem legum a Constantino I inceptum finirent. Christiana fide sola licita facta persecutionem paganorum auxit. Codex Theodosianus in 438 publicatus est. Ludi pagani prohibita et templa et circenses clausi sunt.
