Culpa[1] est experientia cognitiva vel animi motus quae fit cum homo credat vel intelligat, iuste aut perperam, se suas morum normas in discrimen vocavisse aut universales moralitatis normas violavisse, atque ergo ei esse moralem illius facinoris curam magni momenti. Culpa cum notione paenitentiae arte coniungitur.
