Praefectus supremus (ataman) Exercitus Tanaitici (Donici) Cosacici ab anno 1801, Platov ob meritis suis multa insignia ordinum principalium Russicorum (Sancti Andreae, Sancti Georgii, Sancti Alexandri Nevensis, Sancti Vladimiri et al.) ornatus est, anno 1812 autem titulum comitis Imperii Russici obtinuit.
