Invaliditas,[1] vel debilitas,[2] vel invalentia[3] est status quo morbus diutinus quotidianas vitae actiones praepedit aut obstat.

Proprietates invaliditatis sunt invalentia seu abscessus corporis, fibromyalgia, morbus mentis, dementia seu tarditas intellegentiae, caecitas, status mutitatis, surditatis, aliaque detrimenta corporis.

Dignitati atque iuribus hominum invalidorum tuendis Pactio de iuribus hominum invalidorum secundum internationalem iurum humanorum legem constituta est. Consociatio Nationum singulis annis die 3 Decembris Diem Internationalem Hominum Invalidorum celebrat.
