Nanook of the North ('Nanook septentrionum')[2] est muta pellicula documentaria a Roberto J. Flaherty moderatore anno 1922 facta, a notione docudramatis contacta, tempore cum pelliculae in genera documentariorum et dramatum digeri non iam solebant. Pellicula putatur prima pellicula documentaria longitudinis proprietatum. Nonnulli iudices Flaherty ob nonnullas scaenas ordinatas reprehenderunt,[3] sed pellicula usitate videtur stantem "sola in rigido fortitudinis sollertiaeque suorum heroum respectu."[4][5]
