Codex Harleianus 2493 manu scriptus, textum maximae partis operis T. Livii Ab urbe condita continet. Hodie in Bibliotheca Britannica Londinii servatur. Ab editoribus Livianis codex Aginnensis vel Agenensis sive A nuncupatur.
Librum possederunt Franciscus Petrarca, Laurentius Valla, collegium Iesuitarum Agennense in Francia, deinde Robertus Harley et Eduardus Harley bibliophili, quorum collectus, "Harleianus" nuncupatus, in Museo Britannico anno 1753 incorporatus est.
Liber saeculo XII exeunte seu XIII ineunte inceptus, saeculo XIV confectus est (sic Billanovich [1959]). Manus Petrarcae ipsius inter scribas alios recognoscitur, qui folia 65v-92, 213, partem 219v, 220 exscripsit adnotationesque aliquas fecit. Laurentius Valla adnotationes in foliis 143, 145 adiecit.
