Georgius Herbertus Mead (natus South Hadley Massachusettae 27 Februarii 1863; mortuus Sicagi 26 Aprilis 1931 fuit philosophus, sociologus, et psychologus Americanus, plerumque in Universitate Chicagoensi docens, ubi fuit unus ex nonnullis pragmatistis insignibus. Nunc habetur unus ex conditoribus interactionismi symbolici et scholae quae traditio sociologica Chicaginiensis appellatur.
