Glucosum (ex adiectivo Graeco γλυκύς 'dulcis' ) seu dextrosum[1] (secundum formam chiralem) est species sacchari, accurate monosaccharides ketonicus, id est saccharum e singulari anulo constitutum. Glucosum, cuius formula est CH2OH(CHOH)4CHO, est cellularum praecipuus energiae fons.

Glucosum in ordinis mundi sanitarii indicem exemplarem medicamentorum principalium receptum est.
