Proteinum CD14.

CD14 est nomen geni chromosomate 5 locatum (5q31.3). Proteinum CD14 productum et monomerus est pars systematis immunitatis cum duobus typis, mCD14 (m = membranae adnexum) enim et sCD14 (s = solutum). Functio co-receptorium (cum receptoriis TLR4 et MD-2) est lipopolysaccharidum cognoscendi bacteriorum. Praeterea atherosclerosis et thrombosis adiuvari et videtur[1].
