Plataspidae (a nonnullis auctoribus recentioribus, contra ICZN Code Article 29.5, Plataspididae falso appellatae) sunt familia superfamiliae Pentatomoideorum, quae in Mundo Vetere endemicae sunt. Megacopta cribraria, una ex speciebus, in Civitates Foederatas nuper introducta est, ubi pestis Glycinis max viget.[2]
