Zaglossus bartoni (binomen a Thomas anno 1907), (Anglice: Eastern long-beaked echidna; Barton's Long-beaked Echidna).
Omnes Zaglossus bartoni vivens in Nova Guinea et Papua Nova Guinea (Cyclopes mountains) habitant, olim in aliis partibus. Antiquissima vestigia plus quam decies centena milia annorum habent.
