Nervus hypogastricus (TA: A14.3.03.047) est nervus sympathicus ab plexu hypogastrico superiori iuxta bifurcationem vasorum iliacorum communium ad ad vesicam urinariam deducens, ibi plexum hypogastricum inferiorem formans.

Densitas et distributio non uniformis est, at plures variationes morphologicae notae sunt.

Operationibus chirurgicis columnae vertebralis et certis gynaecologicis operationibus inferioris inhabitat periculum damni et plexu hypogastrici superioris et nervorum hypogastricorum[1][2].

Ab plexu hypogastrico superiori, qui iuxta et paululum infra bifurcationem iacet, utroque latere nervus hypogastricus deorsum deducit usque ad vesicam urinariam, quo fibrae suas alterum plexum hypogastricum inferiorem formant.
