Ioannes Marshall (24 Septembris 1755–6 Iulii 1835) fuit vir iuris peritus qui constitutionale ius Americanum formavit et Summum Civitatum Foederatarum Iudicium fecit sedem potentiae. Ipse fuit Summus Civitatum Foederatarum Iudex a 4 Februarii 1801 ad mortem. In Camera Repraesentativorum interfuit a 4 Martii 1799 ad 7 Iunii 1800, et, Ioanne Adams praeside, fuit Secretarius Civitatis a 6 Iunii 1800 ad 4 Martii 1801. Is fuit cives Reipublicae Virginiae et dux Factionis Foederalistae.
