Articles on Vicipaedia need to be written in Latin. That isn't Latin. My guess is that it was written by a translation program, such as Google Translate. Unluckily, machines haven't learned to write human yet. To write Latin you need to have studied the language. - That was my initial thought, too, but then I noticed (or think I noticed) a phrase using hyperbaton in a way that'd be fairly clever for a machine, so I refrained from adding {{Non Latine}}. Phrases like triumphi fornicem, however, and other places where accusatives are deployed in place of nominatives, are dead giveaways that something is amiss.
