Thanks for your offer to translate something ... I would be interested in en:Austrian folk dancing, however, it is bad English, poor content and it would be hard to translate because of this bunch of special terms ... so I'd rather ask you to make some contributions here. ;-)

Ok, I can try a stub for en:Końskowola, however, I have nearly stopped contributing to the German Wikipedia since the destroyers (aka m:Deletionists) are ruling there.

I have realized this problem of villages not being cities, but I do not have an answer, see here: Vicipaedia:Categoriae_et_articuli

A few things:

That looks like a great book, from the picture, rich in historical value. Unfortunately, I can barely read it. I hardly tell where the polish stops, and latin starts.
I unfortunately don't know a whole lot about the right latin names of places in poland, but I would start with Fontes nominum locorum.
Absolutely not should Chrząchów' be latinized with polish, or any other diacritics, I will edit your experimentum to show you where/how to put the polish title in.
There is much debate about how to properly latinize slavic phonemes. Start with Vicipaedia:Translatio nominum propriorum, and you should probably make friends with Usor:Alexander Gerashchenko, and his Disputatio_Usoris:Alexander_Gerashchenko#Comparatio_transliterationium_litterarum_Cyrillicarum_alphabeti_Russici_in_linguis_nonnulis.
Vicus, yes and no...it does mean village, but not in a permanent sense. Look at en:Vicus, or si tu preferais lire en francais. Villa means village as a late latin noun, normally it means country house, like дача or ферма. See [2].
