That's all very fine: calquing the term into Latin is not. Notice the ambiguity: are we saying that she is the prima donna of Argentina? The Finnish, French, Indonesian, and Spanish (and other) wikis have no problem with calquing it; the Albanian, German, and Italian ones retain the English; the Russian goes halfway (Первая леди). My solution's simpler. No piped link needed. No need to hunt for a source at the projected and sexist [[Prima domina (uxor)]]. You maybe didn't notice the sourcing problems already flagged at English and Spanish "first Argentinian significant other" lists.
