Kuahuqiao, sive litteris Sinicis 跨湖桥, est locus archaeologicus vici Xianghu oppidique Xiaoshan in agris municipii Hanchei provinciae Zhejiang in Serica. Ibi vestigia habitationis hominum qui annorum circiter 8 000 a.p. vivebant, agrique ad oryzam colendam eodem aevo elaborati, reperti sunt. Amylum in patina coquinaria ibi inventum e plantis Oryza sp., Coix lacryma-jobi var. ma-yuen, Vigna sp., Quercus sp., fortasse Aesculus chinensis ortum esse constat.[1]
