Lamina ex Biologia Centrali-Americana Pyrginas (tres, dextra et media, atras et brunneas) et Eudaminas (alias) monstrat.
Euschemon rafflesia, distinctissima hesperiida, Euschemoninas, suam subfamiliam, constituit.

Hesperiidae sunt papiliones superfamiliae Hesperioideorum, quorum habitus inconstanter provolare est. Sunt plus quam 3500 specierum agnitarum, quae omnem per orbem terrarum, sed variisime in neotropicis Mesoamericae et Americae Australis regionibus, habitant.[1]
