Dynorphinum

E Vicipaedia

Dynorphina sunt classis peptidorum opioidi, quae ex proteino praecursore prodynorphino emanat. Prodynorphino ope enzymi proproteini convertasis 2 (PC2) secto proteina activa liberantur: dynorphinum A, dynorphinum B, α-/β-neoendorphina[1]. Inveniuntur dynorphina in vesiculis terminorum synapticorum[2].
