Titulus[fontem recensere]

The title seems very odd to me, since pollutio appears to be a moral rather than a medical term and the text of the article seems to have nothing to do with medicine. But I don't have a proposal. I don't think Lucretius suggests a preferable title. Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 12:44, 12 Decembris 2007 (UTC)

I understand. I took the translation of the German and Italian name. Actually also in Italian we speak of polluzioni notturne. I do not know if it does exist and we can find a Latin medical name --Massimo Macconi 13:24, 12 Decembris 2007 (UTC)--85.2.208.187 13:11, 12 Decembris 2007 (UTC)

The word and its orgasmic implication appear in a medieval hymn, perhaps one suitable for compline (sung when monks are about to go to bed); it may be in the Episcopal hymnal of 1940 as translated perhaps by J. M. Neale, but right now I don't have time to go looking for it. Later! IacobusAmor 14:25, 12 Decembris 2007 (UTC)
