The infinitive of 'to become' seems apt to mean phenomenon, as in ' quod multa in terris fieri caeloque tuentur, ' ,--because they observe many 'changing things/phenomena' on the earth and in the sky--.--Jondel (disputatio) 22:23, 12 Martii 2016 (UTC)
