Andrea, me celerius egisti!!! Modo Iustinum hodie vespere petebam de nomine Latino recto "Kurt", ut hanc commentationem inciperem... Gratias!--Ioshus (disp) 03:12, 18 Aprilis 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Apparently Kurt is from Conrad (=> Conradus), though there may be a different practice in its usual Latin treatment (as between John and Jack)—especially since Curtius is a name of Roman date. —Mucius Tever 12:46, 18 Aprilis 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I'm afraid I didn't see this discussion before -- immediately after beginning the page I went off line for a while. I was in fact only guessing about what form to use for Kurt, and if anyone has a better idea, that's fine! This was a start, anyway. Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 14:54, 19 Maii 2007 (UTC)[reply]
