Ioannes Orley Allen Tate (19 Novembris 18999 Februarii 1979) fuit poeta, commentariorum scriptor, socialis commentator Americanus, ac Consultans Poesis in Bibliotheca Congressonali ab 1943 ad 1944. Suum poema notissimum est "Ode to the Confederate Dead" ('Ode mortuis Confoederatis dicata'), anno 1928 prolatum.
