Labor coacticius sive opera serva est labor servilis, in quem aliquis contra voluntatem, leges, et naturam humanam cogitur. Labor coactus ad servitutem et hominum mercatum pertinet. Huius generis servitus hodierna in Societatis Internationalis Laboris pactis et conventibus prohibetur.
