Many saints are counted as confessors because their claim to fame is that they confessed the faith (and didn't have more particular characteristics, such as being virgins or martyrs or bishops), but that kind of confession seems to differ from the rite of confession; or are you thinking of, e.g., St. Augustine's Confessions? or what? Yes I was thinking of Confessions as in St. Augustine's Confessions, however I believe there is a Confessions for Patrick, and several other saints as well... Alexanderr 01:05, 16 Septembris 2006 (UTC)[reply]
