Should we not mention the confessiones of many saints? And its meaning in that context? Alexanderr 22:23, 15 Septembris 2006 (UTC)

Many saints are counted as confessors because their claim to fame is that they confessed the faith (and didn't have more particular characteristics, such as being virgins or martyrs or bishops), but that kind of confession seems to differ from the rite of confession; or are you thinking of, e.g., St. Augustine's Confessions? or what? Yes I was thinking of Confessions as in St. Augustine's Confessions, however I believe there is a Confessions for Patrick, and several other saints as well... Alexanderr 01:05, 16 Septembris 2006 (UTC)
Then those writings could conveniently be discussed in an article titled Confessiones, which title differs (by three letters) from the title Confessio. Problem solved? IacobusAmor 02:17, 16 Septembris 2006 (UTC)
Sure. :) Alexanderr 03:10, 16 Septembris 2006 (UTC)
