Terminology[fontem recensere]

I'm not sure some of this stuff is attested in Latin at all. I've written eigenvalor or valor proprius; eigenvector and vector proprius; determinans (that seems pretty obvious); forma per gradus for "row-echelon form" (because scala really seemed far too confusing in this context). I have already used idemfactor for "identity" in other math pages, and this might be in Gauss somewhere or I might have invented it. I'll keep my eyes open for Latin writings about linear algebra, and if anyone else comes up with better terminology, don't hesitate to correct! A.
