Syndroma Tolosa-Hunt sive ophthalmoplegia dolorosa (ICD-10: H05.1) est morbus rarus doloris capitis unilateralis cum dolor orbitarum, fatigatione, ophthalmoplegia et debilitatibus musculorum oculorum[1]. Tractatio substantiis immunosuppressivis fit.

Nomen syndromae derivatur de neurochirgicis syndroma describentibus Hispanico Eduardo Tolosa (1900-1981)[2] et Americano Gulielmo Edward Hunt (1921-1999)[3].
