Global account / Ratio globalis

Salve, DerHexer! Thanks for your alert. I proceeded according to your advice and reached the "Login unification not complete!" status. FI, LA, META, SV are my accounts, indeed, but there are 12 accounts named "Neander" that don't belong to me. I checked some of those "false" Neanders and realised that at least some of them are old and/or inactive. Well, this is what I ended up with. I've usurped some local accounts with no visible edits according to m:Usurpation policy. The remaining ones will be automatically notified and eventually usurped during SUL finalization till April 2015 by the Wikimedia Foundation which will complete your global account. Of course, you will keep your username and even without having created the global account on your own, you would most likely have automatically gotten the global account due to your sysop flag and high edit count. If you have other accounts with a different username you would want to merge with your Neander account, we stewards can help you as soon as we get a new account merge tool by late January/early February 2015.
