Otto Carolus Gulielmus Neurath (Theodisce: Otto Karl Wilhelm Neurath, natus die 10 Decembris 1882; mortuus die 22 Decembris 1945) fuit philosophus scientiae, sociologus et oeconomista politicus. In statistica picta[1], formulam "ISOTYPE" excogitavit. Ceterum innovator quoque fuit in moribus museorum.

Ab eo uxoreque eius, Maria Neurath, anno 1936 Carolus Kay Ogden petivit, ut "linguam pictam gentium" crearent partem seriei octo librorum in lingua Anglica Basica“Simplici” fortasse?.
