Magnoliidae (Anglice Magnoliids) sunt grex angiospermarum (plantarum florentium), qui variis modis a botanicis definitur. Apud Gregem Phylogeniae Angiospermarum, Magnoliids sunt cladus Mesangiospermarum quae quattuor ordines comprehendit: Magnoliales, Laurales, Piperales, Canellales.[1]
Secundum definitionem a M. W. Chase et I. L. Reveal propositam, Magnoliidae sunt subclassis quae omnes Angiospermas comprehendit.[2]
