Kitāb al-filāḥa (scilicet "Liber agriculturae") est opus Arabice scriptus ab auctore Ibn al-ʿAwwām, Hispalis nativus, qui saeculo XII floruit. Est liber manualis de plantis cultis et agronomia Andalusiae in Hispania meridiana. Hoc in libro primum cultura Cucumis sativi in Europa describitur.[1] Enumeratio datur varietatum hordei eo tempore in Hispania cultarum.[2]
