Please do accept my apology. I have written a number of (hopefully) useful articles in various wikis. Unfortunately, many of them have been deleted for reasons that are difficult to comprehend. For instance, please see this article on Mahler [1]which has been deleted and substituted with only one paragraph. I had used a considerable number of resources about Mahler, as the references show. Under the name of Mahatma I had written the following articles which have not yet been deleted (please have a look at their references) ; Michelangelo Antonioni [2],Cezanne [3],Federico Fellini [4], Jean-Luc Godard [5],Luchino Visconti [6],Roberto Rossellini[7]. In order to save them from deletion I switched my pen name to Tiranious and please see my article on [Graphic Design] here [8]. This is a rather long article, and I hope you would scroll down to see its merits through the pictures and references about the history of Graphic Design. In the English wiki, virtually all my referenced contributions to articles such as Reza Shah, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, Dr. Hassan Arsanjani, White revolution, etc have been deleted (I think because I consider the previous regime excesses responsible for the establishment of the new regime, something the Monarchists do not want to see). Finally, I felt guilty that because of my contributions and my views this artist's pages from Spanish, French, and Italian wikis have been deleted. Of course none of these can provide an excuse for this absurd fight on my part. But sometimes such frustrations get the better of one. Once again please do accept my sincere apology.--Tiranious 18:01, 21 Ianuarii 2009 (UTC)[reply]
If I may elaborate on Andrew's point: because Vicipaedia is a tiny wiki, it most desperately needs the addition of new articles, not the deletion of old ones; and sometimes we older Vicipaedianists regret the time spent discussing extraneous matters instead of writing new articles or revising old ones. Please feel welcome to add articles! IacobusAmor 18:15, 21 Ianuarii 2009 (UTC)[reply]
