I blocked this address for one day because it was used to remove the text from Alfredus Yankovic. Moving a Wikipedia page by deleting the text is not allowed: it puts us in breach of our CC license.
The attempted move to a name beginning with " was a bad idea anyway -- not only because our policy is to prefer real names, but also because it is hard to find and hard to file a pagename beginning with "
