I think maybe I can tell you that! Go to {{Charta locatrix Regni Britanniarum}}. Then go to Nexus ad paginam and click, for example, on Hulla. Open the edit window and you will see what parameters are wanted and how they have been filled in: it requires Filename of map (e.g. Regni Britanniarum), Name of town, Latitude and longitude in degrees and minutes, Whether name is to appear right or left of the dot, Size of map on page (e.g. 250), Position of map on page (e.g. right), and Caption at foot of map.
