I think we should change the word Ecclesiastes with the new reformed right word Qoelet (q or qo). Maybe we put Qoelet instead of Ecclesiastes, wich is the old word, and put Eccl. as an alternative form. But this is the Latin Vicipaedia. Ecclesiastes is the Latin title of the book, and has been for at least 1600 years. Nothing, however "new reformed and right", can change that. Quite simply, our rule is to use Latin titles for books that have been translated into Latin.
Discussions of the titles of individual OT books (including original Hebrew titles like קהלת Qohelet) are very important. They may well bear on the question of how "right" the translated Latin title is. But in general, I think those arguments should go in the articles about those individual books, not on the Vetus Testamentum page. Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 18:19, 26 Septembris 2007 (UTC)[reply]
