"inter urinas et faeces nascimur"

The mention of "inter urinas et faeces nascimur" in this article is not clear. That saying is usually attributed not to Marcion but to St. Augustine; isn't that right? And if so, the connection to Marcion is not clear and should be made explicit, rather than tossing it out to us just bye the bye in parentheses, and leaving us to wonder how it is relevant here.
