I was going to align title and lemma, but then I thought that we might want to determine first how to translate "Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung". I would rather have written "Fundatio", but I guess "Opus fundatum" must be better. I don't see a reason to leave out the first name, though. But then, at least with "fundatio" I've seen examples with a nominative and others with a genitive, so I'm not sure what it should be... Sigur (disputatio) 15:07, 10 Aprilis 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The nominative could be argued for, but the genitive is probably better and clearer. So that would be "opus fundatum Conradi Adenauer". I believe (without re-checking) that there is good evidence for "opus fundatum".
The basic sense of words ending in "-atio -itio" is "the act of ..." (but see what a dictionary says in each case). Hence "fundatio Conradi Adenauer" might look like "the founding of Konrad Adenauer". Which, admittedly, doesn't make any sense, and the intelligent reader's next guess would surely be "the Conrad Adenauer Foundation". Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 14:17, 11 Aprilis 2019 (UTC)[reply]
