Harissimo, dubio num haec redirectio debeat fieri...quippe est Jersey, New Jersey, camisia appellata "jersey", etc. Forsan opportet discretivam?--Ioscius (disp) 19:18, 28 Octobris 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I made the redirect because it is a proper name and the redirect saves a few keys. I usually have the local name of a place as a redirect so that if a reader is doing the search bar, they can find it without having to do an interwiki or scroll through out categories. I don't see why latin wikipedia would need english redirects on non-proper name articles. If someone would need to find that they'd just have to find Jerseyus or whatever. Otherwise we'd have to redirect Visigothic Spain to Hispania Visigothica and all other 16,000 pages. Harrissimo.
