It turns out that he graduated not from Franklin and Marshall College, but from Franklin and Marshall Academy, a preparatory (high) school run by the college. The error arose because in his biography, Wikipedia specifies the academy but links it to the college—and then the article on the college mentions the connection only in a later section, easily missed. - Some years ago (I think), an F&M College alumnus did wander by, but the name escapes me. I thought it might be Secundus Zephyrus, but he's from Drexel University—which Carolus Demuth also attended! IacobusAmor (disputatio) 12:43, 15 Septembris 2018 (UTC)
