"inclinatio ... ad fidem temperato ... mundo". I don't quite follow the grammar in this. " A tendency to a faith with a clean... combination?--Rafaelgarcia 02:17, 28 Maii 2009 (UTC)[reply]

'a tendency to place faith in a world regulated/controlled [by &c.]'. According to Cassells, the idiom fidem habere 'to place faith in' takes the dative. I see that I left out habere, so I'll put it in; but I'm unsure if it's necessary. (Vel fidem habitam?) IacobusAmor 03:46, 28 Maii 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Habere can't be the object of "ad" so I changed it to habendum. I think the idea behind the latin phrase is "have faith in the world" = "habere fidem mundo".--Rafaelgarcia 03:55, 28 Maii 2009 (UTC)[reply]
