Flos et folia Commelina diffusa manu hominis ostentata
Commelina diffusa Nicolao Laurentio Burmanno anno 1768 statutum) est species plantarum familiae Commelinacearum in omni fere climate tropico endemica. Decoctio foliorum ab hominibus ad oculos medendos adhibentur. Folia a Panibus troglodytis morbo afflictis glutiuntur.[1]
