Theodicea aliquantum crebrius in Libris Google quam Theodicaea reperitur. OED, s.v. "theodicy": "< French théodicée, the title of a work of Leibniz (1710), < Greek θεός God + δίκη justice"; s.v. "theodicaea": "Apparently an erron. Latinization of French théodicée in the title of a work by Leibniz" ("bonam" autem Latinizationem non dat).
