Deutsch: Der Rat der Gemeinde Cremlingen beschloss am 25. März 1976 das vorstehend beschriebene Wappen, das der Landkreis Wolfenbüttel am 8. Juni 1976 genehmigte.
Der rot bewehrte goldene Löwe in Blau der oberen Hälfte ist dem Wappen des ehemaligen Landkreises Braunschweig entnommen. Das Ammonshorn in der unteren Hälfte ist eine Versteinerung, die im Kalkstein des das Gemeindegebiet beherrschenden Elms häufig vorkommt.

„Die Farben der Flagge der Gemeinde sind blau-gelb.“

Das Dienstsiegel enthält das Wappen und die Umschrift „Gemeinde Cremlingen . Landkreis Wolfenbüttel“.
