Vocabulary:
- 1. This modela (translating English 'model'?) looks feminine, but later in the text you've made it neuter (hoc modela), and its apparent Latin sources are masculine: modellus < modulus < modus. So which is it? But more to the point: is there an apter word?
- 2. This approximare isn't classical (maybe it's OK in modern scientific contexts?). English 'to approximate' = 'to get near a point aimed at' = (prope) accedere (ad) and appropinquare (ad) or appropinquare + dative.
Grammar: the syntax is incomplete.

Word-order:
- Momentarily ignoring the vocabulary: quae approximans gas verum 'which true gas approaching'; quae gas verum approximans 'which approaching true gas'. Latin verbs tend to want to go at the end.
