English: Manuscript BnF Grec 510 (Homilies of St. Gregory of Nazianzus), folio 355 recto. Miniature of the First Council of Constantinople (AD 381). The emperor Theodosius I and a crowd of bishops seated on a semicircular bench, on either side of an enthroned Gospel Book. An heretic, Macedonius, occupies the lower left corner of the miniature.
Italiano: Manoscritto BnF Grec 510 (Omelie di San Gregorio di Nazianzo), folio 355 recto. Miniatura del Primo Concilio di Costantinopoli (381). L'imperatore Teodosio I e un gruppo di vescovi seduti su un seggio semicircolare, intorno a un Vangelo posto su un trono. Un eretico, Macedonio, occupa l'angolo inferiore sinistro della miniatura.
