  • Italiano: Il primo leone collocato a destra dell'ingresso monumenale dell'Arsenale di Venezia. Si tratta di una scultura greca (rilavorata in epoca barocca), proveniente da Lepsina sulla strada per Atene, portato a Venezia come preda di guerra da Francesco Morosini, che conquistò Atene e il Peloponneso nel 1694.
  • English: The first lion standing at the right side of the monumental entrance of the Arsenale in Venice. It is an Ancient Greek sculpture ("restored" in the late 17th century), originally at Lepsina on the road to Athens, brought to Venice by Francesco Morosini, who conquered Athens and the Peloponnesus in 1694.
