Tyrannis list[fontem recensere]

Welcome to Vicipaedia! I personally believe Idi Amin etc were tyrants but need to see the source. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia. We need to be neutral. There doesn't seem to be a list in the other wikis, at least in the English. Thank you. I didn't add most of those. I would completely support getting rid of that list as I think "tyrant" is often in the eye of the beholder, especially when it is being applied by outsiders.
